Backorders
Occasionally an item may go on backorder. We try our best to let you know before you checkout but incase we discover your item is on backorder after you have already paid, we will give you the option of waiting for your backorder item or we can refund your entire purchase price for the backorder item.
Shipping
Most items ship within 2-3 business days Monday-Friday except holidays. We will ship through USPS, UPS, & FedEx whichever is quicker & the lowest cost for you. Once item is shipped we will send you a message with the tracking information if avalible.
International Shipping:
We are happy to ship to our international customers however some of our manufactures will not ship internationally. If one of our manufactures will not ship your product we will let you know immediately & refund your money. Shipping prices on our site are not accurate for International Customers. We will send you an invoice for the remaining shipping cost. You may decline the order at that time if you do not accept the shipping price & we will refund your money. You may request the accurate shipping price before you purchase, just email us at Hello@MommysSweetThings.com & tell us what you would like to order. Customs, Duties, & Tax Responsibilities: you may be responsible for custom fees and experience longer shipping times due to custom-related delays in your country. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued.

Buyer has 30 days to return items opened or unopened in the same condition they were sent for an exchange or refund at the buyers purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you purchased your item with "Free Shipping" we will deduct this price from your refund.
